1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and tah777 ("we", "us", "our"). They apply to all use of the tah777 website, mobile app, and any related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform, you accept these Terms without reservation. Your continued use of the Platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Account Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the tah777 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, mobile banking via InstaPay, local bank transfers via PESONet, and supported Philippine e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted for gaming deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the payment method registered under your verified account name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. We reserve the right to request additional verification documentation before processing a withdrawal.

tah777 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control. Please check with your payment provider directly.

5 Game Rules and Play

We reserve the right to void any bet or game result where a technical fault, human error, or obvious pricing error has occurred. In such cases, the relevant stake will be returned to your account balance.

In-play (live) betting results are subject to confirmation of the final official event result. Any bets placed after an event has concluded, or after a decisive event within an in-play market has occurred, may be voided.

6 Responsible Gaming

Any breach of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

tah777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder has violated these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• False or misleading information was provided during registration or KYC.
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements.
• Continued operation of the account presents a risk to the platform or other users.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified remaining balance will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting us through the Platform. Voluntary closure requests will be processed after any pending transactions are settled.

9 Limitation of Liability

The tah777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain service availability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tah777 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform — including losses arising from technical failures, network disruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Privacy and Data

Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

We implement SSL encryption and other security measures to protect your personal and financial information. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
